这是今天检讨会我主要想要表达的话，如果有任何人今天听不清楚的话，可以refer这里。

首先，关于检讨会我要抵消“自相残杀”的概念，这个可能是伟源一时之气而说出来的泄气话，希望大家过了今天的检讨会，也对检讨会有一个较新的认识，而不是像你们说的那样恐怖。检讨会的主要宗旨就是提供大家沟通交流的平台，让你们能够平心静气地了解彼此的苦衷，因为往往在实行一个计划的时候，决策层和执行层总会出现很大的意见分歧，经专家分析是主要源于沟通不足，和大家对于一个团队正确概念的模糊。

冲突，对于一个团体、一群人是一种正面的成长。不过很多人有误认为冲突、纠纷是塑造团结的绊脚石，故为了避免发生冲突而因此产生更大的冲突。所以你们要积极地面对你们之间的纠纷，最好的办法就是放下彼此的芥蒂，好好坐下来好好地谈，你会发现，原来大家都在成长着，都自在领悟着人生各种道理，原来大家因为经历而变得更加团结。

我这里有一个蛮贴切的例子。员工B是老板A的一个员工，老板A在于领导组织经验尚浅，故造成了很多令员工B不满的情况。不过多年来员工B并没有埋怨，而是忍气吞声继续地做好自己本分。直到有一天，员工B终于忍不住了，他气喷喷地走到老板A的桌子面前，大大力拍了桌子一声，这一声响得几乎整个公司都能听见，而从员工B脱口而出：“我忍你很久了！”“我不干了”。两人一拍即散，各奔东西。

试想，如果当初员工B和老板A的沟通良好，什么事情员工B都能够坦白地告诉老板A，大家一起研究、讨论，说不定他们的君臣关系能够维持一个光年。
抽身回来，沟通是建立团队精神的一个重要因素，在这个阶段，大家都在成长着，如果缺乏沟通的话，后果我真的不敢想象。

各位，你们今年中三了，大概一年半后你们便要接手这个团体的管理，如果你们还是有“到时才算”的这个心态，那么我现在很郑重的告诉你们， “错！错！错！”。这个阶段是你们最轻松的阶段，也是你们最应该自我增值的一个阶段。对于社团管理学、领导学、社会学、心理学的认识，是一个优秀领导人必备的条件。这个时候开始学，当你们接手后就是你们振兴这个组织的时候。

Hot Spring

Well, today i went to Sungai Klah,Perak, hot spring.

i got there on 10am, and phew... only a little ppl...

After paying, we used the "wooden Bridge" path in...



On the way there many "nice" veiw...

There trees and plants everywhere...



And killer plant too...



There are many pools in there,
with different temperature each...

This i think is 30-39 Celcius
This is the 43-49 Celcius

Also one of the hottest to be able of use...

This place also have a very special "feature"...

With all the advance technology, and men still used the old fashion way...........Lol

Ok, i have no i dea y this is er... maked...




Its cute doh... and its hot about 90-100 Celcius... ouch!

There are still some pool which i missed cause it began to rain...
And rain spoils camera...
Even phone with camera...

Well, i had a quite enjoyable time there...

Worst Hotel Stay...

Waw... really worst hotel stay...
As usual, all of my cousins/aunty/uncle will gather at specific hotel or resort every year...

Well, this year we gather at ayeh keroh country resort...
Now it is peek hour, but we only saw a few family...
Thats means.......

We rented a 3 room unit... on the first day...
It has a very small 客厅...
It has no air Con...(only 2 bed room has)
It has no spoon provided to stir...
It has no toilet paper...
The room's air con cannot be controled...

Waw... gotta be the worst hotel...
no wonder so few ppl...

At night we slept...
The power tripped 3 times...
Means hot night... no air con


The next day we switch to the Deluxe Suite... for 2 more days

It seems better than the first room, luckily...

But the power keep on tripping....
It tripped around 3-5 times... -_- haiz...
Then the water pressure is also not constant...

Some more, when we check out... on the third day
The receptionist on the first day...
Forgot to tell the new receptionist... (What lousy service)
about the changes and stuff we made...
Then Master Card reading machine malfunctioned...
It has been spoiled on the first day we arrive...
And the staff said it will be fixed shortly...

Waw... luckily my parents got enought cash...
To pay them... or they will RUGI
Then my father complain about the sevices...
And insist on seeing the manager...
But the Receptionist said the manager...
is on a meeting...
Tough luck...
But at the end we got a free night...
means we only pay for 2 nights... haha


So remember, avoid ayeh keroh country resort, Melaka.

Finally, At last, it's over!

Can't express relieve now that it's over, at last...

118 isn't a bad number, I think all that matters is that we all gave our 110% for this project. We all did our best.

Plus it isn't the ppl that writes on the list that matters, it's the ppl tat comes for the activities frequently and actively that matters.

I finally finished designing the T-shirt....it's my 1st lar....got anyone else design? If lucky, I can show it to you next week. Hopefully I can perfect it by then.

Gotta go rest dy, I got sore-throat and flu dy.....haiz....and anyway I should be doing my homework de....wonder how I ended up on the computer....hehe...
